Associate Veterinarian Opportunity

A well-established small animal practice is expanding and seeking a confident, collaborative Associate Veterinarian to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who values mentorship, teamwork, and delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive clinical environment.

Practice Environment

Established four-doctor small animal practice
Strong team culture supported by nine Registered Veterinary Technicians
Modern facility with advanced diagnostic and treatment equipment
Mentorship-focused setting that supports both experienced veterinarians and new graduates
Emphasis on exceptional client service and individualized patient care

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, personalized medical care to companion animals
Perform wellness exams, diagnostics, and routine surgical procedures
Collaborate closely with veterinarians and skilled support staff
Build lasting relationships with clients who value high-quality care
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture
Maintain a balanced schedule, including protected lunch breaks

Qualifications

DVM with active Ohio licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
Two or more years of experience preferred; new graduates welcome with mentorship available
Passion for delivering excellent medical care and fostering long-term client relationships
