Intellectual Property ( IP Patent) Transactions Senior Attorney Charlotte, North Carolina, United States Overview A prestigious AM Law 200 firm is seeking an experienced IP Transactions Attorney to join its Intellectual Property practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled attorney with deep expertise in patent acquisitions, licensing, litigation funding, and corporate structuring . The ideal candidate is a strategic legal advisor who thrives in high-stakes, complex IP transactions.
