Senior Associate Civil Engineer Full Time Sacramento, Sacramento, CA, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1007 About Siegfried As a SeniorAssociate Civil Engineer, you will take a leadership role in managing complexcivil engineering projects and contributing to the strategic direction of thecompany. You will provide technical oversight, mentor staff, and manage clientrelationships independently. This position requires strong leadership, businessdevelopment involvement, and a commitment to maintaining the firm’s high designstandards. What You’ll Do Lead project management, design, and technical direction for civil engineering projects Mentor and coach staff across all levels, promoting technical excellence Work closely with principals and marketing to develop proposals, negotiate fees, and grow client relationships Independently manage client accounts and participate in billing and fee collection processes Support recruiting, staffing, and workforce planning efforts Promote company design standards and quality assurance Represent Siegfried in professional and community settings What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license required Proven experience in managing complex civil engineering projects Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills Strong business development and client relationship abilities Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D Why Join Siegfried?
