Retail General Manager: Lead Sales & Customer Experience

Job Description General Qualifications Minimum 4 year total combination of education and experience providing the necessary skills and knowledge are acceptable. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to: Associate or Bachelor’s degree with course work in business, accounting, marketing or management Four years’ experience in retail or other business emphasizing customer service, account management, sales or merchandising Four years on the job experience in management or comparable military experience Ability to work Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8am and 9pm Overtime may be required Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR) required Ability to successfully pass company background check, substance abuse test, and acceptable reference check from previous employers #J-18808-Ljbffr
