We are looking for a full-time nurse practitioner to join our Jersey Shore Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jersey Shore, PA, working 40 hours per week.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000. About Us

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves working closely with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will collaborate with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.

The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working alongside other medical professionals. This position is integral to achieving our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid registered nurse license. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master's Degree in Nursing and a focus on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, the candidate should possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Salary Range

The salary for this position is set between $110,000 and $130,000 per year.
