Lead Our Emergency Services as our ER Nurse Manager Join Exceptional Healthcare where your voice is heard and your expertise is valued. Our agile setting enables direct communication with minimal bureaucracy, unlike larger systems. What You'll Do- Oversee day-to-day ER operations, ensuring quality patient care
- Manage inventory, staffing, and departmental needs
- Work closely with CNO and dedicated ER professionals
- Contribute to refining processes and improving performance
- Lead a collaborative team in a responsive management structure
- 4+ years Emergency Room experience
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from accredited school
- Current RN, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Supervisory experience preferred
- New facility with modern equipment and forward-thinking approach
