Certified Medical Assistant

Certified Medical Assistant Location: Fort Collins, CO Pay Rate: $19.50 – $23.00 per hour, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturdays as needed) We are seeking a dependable Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) who is actively certified, a graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program, holds current BLS/CPR certification, and has at least 1 year of experience in cardiology, vascular, or clinical settings. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and multitasking ability are required. Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostic testing including EKG/ECG, ABI (Ankle‑Brachial Index), pulse oximetry, and POCT (glucose, urinalysis, strep/flu) Capture accurate patient vitals, medical history, and medication updates in the EHR Assist providers with minor procedures, wound care, and sterile dressing changes Administer injections and immunizations as directed Support patient triage, handle phone calls, and communicate test results Maintain and calibrate clinical equipment (EKG machines, Doppler units, autoclaves) Ensure efficient patient flow and high‑quality care delivery Benefits Solid weekly pay with direct deposit or payment card.
