Responsibilities Call clients, set appointments, and conduct meetings over the phone Educate clients on types of insurance products and make recommendations based on their needs Assist clients throughout the application process for an insurance plan that fits their needs and budget Attend Zoom trainings and complete online self‑paced training Engage in open, honest, and productive communication Requirements Have an active Life and Health license or be willing to obtain it Self‑disciplined and Ready to Work Humble and Willing to Learn Positive Mindset & Energy Ready to Grow and Change Self / Internally Motivated Hungry for More No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected.
