UX Researcher
As a UX Researcher, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including UX/UI designers, product managers, developers, and program managers-to ensure user-centered design principles drive our solutions Your research will inform and shape exceptional user experiences that align with business goals and customer needs
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Experience Design (XD) or a related field (e.g. Information Science, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Marketing) Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus
- Experience: 5-8 years in UX research within industry or agency settings
- Conduct, analyze, and synthesize user research to inform design decisions
- Develop and advocate for research strategies and methodologies across projects
- Plan and execute usability studies, both online and in the field, to uncover user needs and mental models
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve user experiences
- Test business requirements using heuristic and qualitative research methods
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to translate research findings into clear insights and strategic recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Partner effectively with UX/UI designers, product teams, and developers to ensure research findings translate into actionable design improvements
- Lead research discussions and presentations, articulating findings and design rationale to stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior researchers or designers when necessary
- Create research documentation, reports, and strategic insights
- Develop test scripts, conduct user testing, analyze results, and present findings
- Identify and recruit target users for testing sessions
