Resident Associate (FTC ASAP until June 2027)

Overview This large modern residential estate in Wembley is looking for a Resident Associate to support the Resident Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the buildings and providing an optimal customer experience from move‑in to move‑out. Responsibilities Manage resident issue resolution and act as front‑of‑house contact. Maintain full knowledge of apartment and communal area systems. Collaborate with the Defects Resolution Team to rectify issues promptly. Perform daily inspections of the development to ensure company standards. Support the Development Manager with health and safety compliance. Coordinate all move‑ins and move‑outs with relevant functions and third parties. Implement cost and time efficiencies to meet P&L targets. Conduct required apartment inspections and address post‑PC snagging items. Collate data for weekly and monthly reports required by the Operations Manager. Qualifications Excellent communication and people skills. Proficient IT skills. Prior experience in customer‑facing roles, ideally in hotel, retail, student accommodation or residential sectors. ARLA/AIRPM qualifications or similar desirable, but not essential. Contract Details Fixed‑Term Contract starting ASAP until June 2027. Five days per week, 7.5 hours per day.
