Sr Svc Agent/Non-DOT

Job Title

Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. Pay: $22.25 - $31.88

Additional Details: Part Time M-F, 4:00pm-8:30pm, S, will be rotating am/pm shift. Pay $22.25/hour
