Leading the day-to-day operations of an enterprise ServiceNow platform, the full-time ServiceNow System Administrator will manage incident resolution, platform health monitoring, and configuration administration while supporting a Federal Agency. Key Responsibilities Oversee platform operations, coordinating incident, problem, change, and release management using ServiceNow Lead Tier 2/Tier 3 triage and service restoration for platform-related issues, ensuring effective escalation and resolution Monitor platform health and performance, maintaining actionable dashboards and conducting trend reviews Required Qualifications Five or more years of experience administering enterprise ServiceNow environments, including configuration and release support ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Hands-on experience with MID Servers, integrations, and cloud/on-premise connectivity Experience with incident/problem/change/release practices and operational documentation U.S. citizenship and ability to satisfy High Risk IT background-investigation requirements
