As we continue to expand, we are searching for a part-time Teller at our Gibbs location in Henderson, KY. Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking helpful, customer service-savvy individuals with experience in transactional cross-selling and product education to fill our part-time Teller position at our Gibbs location. Candidates’ availability will need to be Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 7:30am-4:30pm, and rotating Saturdays from 8:30am-12:30pm at other open locations. Starting Pay: $17.80/hour Part - Time Primary Responsibilities: Sincerely greet each Member in the branch. Educate Members in the use of ITMs for transactional needs. Answer any questions about Heritage products and services. Produce quality referrals to Senior and Relationship Bankers Assist members with technical services and or account maintenance and the opening of shares and accounts. A flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the business. Maintaining knowledge of credit union products and services. Cross-selling products and services. Filling in at other locations as needed. Other duties as required.
