Responsibilities

• Engage with local Richardson and the rest of DFW residents to understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored coverage options.
• Identify gaps in existing customer policies and offer solutions that better protect their assets.
• Manage incoming customer inquiries with a positive attitude and a focus on resolution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Complete accurate insurance applications and policy documentation in line with company standards.
• Participate in local community activities to build brand presence and support the agency's goals.

Requirements

• Current Texas Property and Casualty license.
• Current Texas Life and Health license.
• Minimum of two years of direct insurance sales or customer service experience.
• Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple insurance quoting platforms.
• Clear and professional verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated work ethic with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
