Make a difference in students’ lives by providing essential speech and language services throughout the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. This contract opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about fostering communication skills and helping students achieve their academic potential.
You’ll work collaboratively with educators and families, conducting assessments, developing individualized plans, and delivering engaging therapy sessions for students with diverse needs. The setting offers a rewarding chance to positively influence students’ educational journeys and outcomes.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly valued
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement goals-driven, individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and family members
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress monitoring
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements
