1:1 MA support Dedicated LPN for all medications Nuclear tech, 2 echo techs, vascular tech APPs covering consults and weekday rounding 4. Strong diagnostic program with expanding capabilities

High-volume echo, vascular, and nuclear testing. Planned Cardiac PET/CT — the only one in central Delaware.

Even if you don’t read PET, this boosts practice prestige and revenue.

Opportunity to build subspecialty niches if desired. This is a practice investing in growth, not stagnating. 5. Manageable workflow with predictable structure

Office hours

8 AM–2 PM , then hospital rounds and reads. 18 patients/day 4–6 inpatient census

on average. Call is 1:3 , mostly phone-based on weekdays. Weekends are busier, but APPs cover weekday consults.
