At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!**THE JOB** The Pavilion at Star Lake is seeking Cleaning Crew to keep our venues show-ready and create an incredible fan experience. This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to maintaining venue sanitation standards and cleaning all areas before, during, and after shows.**WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO*** Keep the venue safe and clean at all time, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.* Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.* Day to day cleaning and housekeeping duties around the venue and site* Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.* Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.* Provide great customer service to all our guests to ensure a memorable experience.* Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.* Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.**WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING*** Requires a high school diploma/GED.* Must pay attention to detail.* Must be highly motivated and able to work as a team.* Understands that working shows require long hours, often on the weekend, so a flexible schedule is needed.* Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and carrying 50 lbs.+* Must be willing and able to work in various weather conditions, including heat and rain**EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY**We are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
