Network Engineer

Job Overview

Understand the technical requirement from the BU and come up with a proposal.

Ability to provide and maintain detailed documentation on each project.

Knowledge in advanced networking and infra security domain

Ability to successfully train the operations team on the new solution(s) implemented.

Ability to work with little supervision.

Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for improving the overall network health by assessing overall effectiveness and efficiency

Evaluate new technologies and platforms to determine whether their applicability aligns with the business's needs

Minimum Qualification

BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, with 8+ years of work experience.

In-depth knowledge of the OSI network model.

Experience with different network types (i.e. LAN, WAN, WLAN).

Network protocols and technologies, e.g. DNS, SSL, 802.1x, DMVPN, TACACS+, RADIUS, Load Balancing, WAN optimization, SD-WAN, SSL VPN.

Knowledge of Cisco network products (Nexus and Catalyst switches, routers, WLC, ISE) configuration, installation, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of F5 load balancer configuration, installation, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualification

CCNP certification.

Aruba Certified SDWAN deployment Professional.

Aruba Certified SD-WAN Deployment Expert.
