Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN
Langdon Place of Keene
Keene, NH
$55–$60/hour

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to support our rehabilitation team. This role offers flexible scheduling while providing the opportunity to help residents maximize mobility, strength, and independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.

Position Responsibilities:

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment focused on gait, balance, strengthening, transfers, mobility, endurance, and pain management
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians to coordinate resident care
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
