Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. CO or compact license. Basic Life Support (BLS).
