Assignment Details
Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 Contract Weeks: 13
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
- At least two years recent experience in the field: Required
Responsibilities
- Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care.
- Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Collects and analyzes relevant data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
- Develops and implements a plan of care, employing strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
- Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
Compliance / Notes
Night Shift - 36 or 48 hours. EPIC experience required. Holiday requests will not be approved.
