We're looking for a motivated

Agent Apprentice

who wants to build a long-term career in insurance sales. You'll work directly with an experienced agency team while developing your sales skills, insurance knowledge, and client relationships. This is a performance-driven role for someone who enjoys working toward goals, earning commission, and continuing to grow professionally. Previous sales experience or a demonstrated history of meeting measurable goals is required. What You'll Do

Connect with prospects through leads, referrals, outbound calls, and follow-up

Learn about each client's needs and recommend appropriate coverage

Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

Build relationships with new and existing customers

Identify cross-selling and additional coverage opportunities

Manage your sales pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up

Work toward individual and agency production goals

Participate in ongoing sales coaching and insurance training

What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience or demonstrated success working toward measurable goals

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale

Motivated by performance and earning potential

Persistent when faced with rejection or setbacks

Coachable and willing to apply feedback

Organized, dependable, and self-motivated

Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing
