Conduct property showings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers and sellers. Manage transaction processes efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely. Participate in regular coaching sessions to refine techniques and enhance sales strategies. Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering guidance and support throughout their buying or selling journey. Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes, ensuring you can hit the ground running. Proven track record of self-motivation and discipline, demonstrating your commitment to personal and professional growth. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and build trust with clients. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, leveraging the expertise of seasoned professionals to enhance your learning. Familiarity with real estate principles or a willingness to actively pursue a real estate license, showing your dedication to the field.
