Prep CookEach prep cook's primary objective is to show our guests such an exceptional dining experience they will want to return again and again.Skills and abilities:Organize preparation of food itemsPrepare food according to standardized recipesEnsure proper size and weight of foodHas strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices, and procedures in a restaurantAssist in maintaining a clean, safe working environmentAttributes:Must possess passion and knowledge for food and beverage offeringsPromote and participate in a STRONG TEAM EFFORTCommunicate effectively and positively with guests and fellow employeesEducation/requirements:High School Diploma or GED preferredValid California Food Handler CertificationMinimum 1 year experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurantBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance401k Retirement ProgramRBI Reading Program - a bonus program to reward your desire and effort to grow as a person and employee
