Looking for a Delivery Driver or non-CDL delivery driver job near Topeka, KS ? Join Flagstone Peak with FedEx Ground! As a package delivery driver , you'll deliver to local homes and businesses, stay active, work independently, and be home every day.

Flagstone Peak is a proud FedEx Ground contractor focused on safety, teamwork, and helping our drivers succeed. Our terminal is located at 7105 SE Forbes Ave., Topeka, KS 66619 , where you'll start and end each workday with a supportive team.

• $160/day ($140 training/base + $20 performance bonus )
• Paid training
• Weekly pay
• Health insurance (50% employer-paid), dental & vision
• Up to $150 weekly service bonus
• $180 per day after 6 months 
• $0.15 per stop additional volume pay after 90 days
• $180/day opportunities after 6 months
• Company vehicle & uniform provided
• $300 bonus at 30 days & $300 bonus at 90 days

• Full-time, Monday-Saturday (No Sundays)
• Start at 8:30 AM until route completion

• Complete 150 average stops per day
• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle
• Load, scan, and deliver packages
• Perform vehicle inspections
• Use GPS to complete your route

• 21+ with a valid driver's license
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid background check, drug test, and DOT physical
• Lift packages up to 150 lbs.
• Work in all weather conditions
• No CDL required
