Surgical Oncologist | Health First Cancer Institute | Florida

Health First Medical Group is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Surgical Oncologist (BE/BC General Surgery) to join the Health First Cancer Institute in a high-impact, program-building role. This is a rare opportunity to help shape and grow a newly expanding Surgical Oncology service line within a leading integrated health system serving Florida's Space Coast.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly established team of 5 Hematology/Oncology physicians in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment supported by strong institutional investment, growing referral demand, and full administrative infrastructure.

CLINICAL FOCUS AREAS
* Upper GI malignancies
* Melanoma
* Soft tissue sarcoma

PRACTICE MODEL & SURGICAL SUPPORT
* 3 days operating room and procedural time
* 2 days outpatient clinic
* Dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support
* Strong multidisciplinary collaboration with medical and radiation oncology
* Integrated referral network within the Health First system
* Opportunity to expand minimally invasive and robotic surgical oncology services

QUALIFICATIONS
* Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Surgery
* Fellowship trained in Surgical Oncology (ACGME-accredited) required

* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Leadership potential with a patient-centered approach
