Oncology Account Manager/Sr. OAM - St. Louis

The Role The Oncology Account Manager builds and maintains strong professional relationships with key customers and stakeholders in private practice, medical group practices, hospitals/academic medical centers, office, and ancillary staff involved in the care of cancer patients. Provides approved disease and product information and resources to key decision makers and stakeholders within the assigned territory. Territory Columbia, MO; St. Louis, MO; IL from approximately I-80 south. Responsibilities Support Genmab’s Oncology portfolio in the U.S. marketplace. Meet or exceed assigned territory sales goals by positioning Genmab products for appropriate patients. Manage time effectively; prioritize engagements that drive brand value and impact patients. Develop and implement robust territory business plans; meet/exceed productivity requirements. Flex between virtual and in-person engagements; account for communication preferences. Analyze key market data points and use insights for business planning. Build strong, long-term customer relationships; provide value-based solutions. Represent brands in a professional, compliant, ethical, and effective manner. Articulate value across communication mediums (digital, live, etc.); understand disease states and competitor products. Demonstrate proficiency in reimbursement and fulfillment pathways for injectable medications. Manage territory resources and budget. Comply with all laws, regulations, and policies governing Genmab U.S. staff. Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. 4+ years in sales, marketing, or clinical (pharmaceutical, biotech, rare disease, or patient care). 4+ years demonstrated success in Oncology sales/account management (Senior Oncology Account Manager consideration). Oncology launch experience preferred. Proven account management, selling, and sales performance. Strong business analytics to develop/execute/adjust territory business plans. Ability to build relationships within a customer influence network and work in matrix teams. Track record of self‑drive and enhanced performance. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Veeva, etc. Flexible; manage multiple tasks; strong attention to detail. Strong communication skills (organizational, written, verbal).
