Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items. Process loans and extensions and come to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned. Perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise and coach store team members. Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets EZPAWN apart from the competition. Lead and influence team members through coaching and hands‑on involvement. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Strong negotiation talents, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to read and manage customer needs. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, with excellent judgment, strong time‑management and prioritization skills. Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics is a plus. Sales background, bilingual, or other related experience is a plus.
