Job Description
Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse - OR RN

Schedule: Shift: 0700-1530

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of circulator experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Candidate must be located within 15 minutes of the facility when on call

Compliance / Notes:
- Call required 1-2 times per week (Mon-Thurs) and every 4th - 5th weekend
- Weekend call coverage from 3:30pm Friday until 7:00am on Monday
- Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 5 shifts at no cost during the assignment
- Local travelers within 50 miles accepted with a bill rate decrease
- Admin fee already deducted from rate
