Location: San Diego, CA or Cupertino, CA
Fulltime only
Must-haves:
- 7+ years of PLC programming experience, with strong focus on Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 / Structured Text
- Multi-axis motion control — this is the core of the role
- Has worked with messy, inherited PLC code before — not just greenfield projects
- Bay Area or San Diego based, or willing to relocate — this is on-site
Nice to have:
- Consumer electronics or high-volume manufacturing background
- Experience with collaborative robots on the factory floor
- Any exposure to code management or governance practices for PLC environments
