Medical Dispatcher / Customer service representative

Our client, a leading logistics and warehouse operations organization, is seeking a dedicated Operations and Customer Service Representative to join their team. As an Operations and Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the warehouse and customer support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will help you succeed and grow within the organization.

Job Title: Medical Dispatcher and Supply Coordinator 

Location: Charlottesville, VA

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (hours may vary based on operational needs)

What's the Job?

• Sort and organize daily orders for delivery or processing
• Verify order accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Assist with staging and preparing shipments
• Support general warehouse organization and workflow
• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Requires Confidentiality 

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in customer service, warehouse, or operations preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Background check and drug test required
