As a member of the Care Management team, our AD Product Management leads the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Care Management capabilities that support a more connected, person-focused member experience and enable clinical teams to coordinate care effectively. Advanced degree preferred.6 years of experience in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, insurance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.National pay structure — applies to the Boise and Lewiston, ID; Salt Lake City, UT, Oregon and Washington. The full salary range is $141,000 - $231,000 and the bonus target is 20%. The expected salary range is $150,500 - $203,600. Regional pay structure — applies to North Dakota and Idaho and Utah locations outside the metro areas listed above: The full salary range is $127,000 - $208,000 and the bonus target is 20%.
