Climate Experts is hiring a Residential HVAC Installer — and we have built a company where great installers are actually taken care of. Lead installers earn $80,000–$120,000+ per year. No on-call. As we scale, we need skilled installers who take pride in their craft and want to grow with us. THE ROLE This is a residential HVAC installation position. You will install split systems, package units, mini splits, and full duct systems for homeowners across Brevard County — representing Climate Experts with professionalism on every job. You will be backed by a full warehouse and office team dedicated to making sure you have everything you need before you hit the road. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Install residential HVAC split systems, package units, and mini splits Install copper line sets, wiring, and drain lines Build return stands and duct plenums Install full duct systems (bonus paid during summer) Maintain inventory in service vehicles and installation trailers Complete installation checklists and submit all photos to our CRM Collect customer signature and payment at job completion Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and equipment on every job WHAT WE OFFER High dollar piece work pay — lead installers earn $80,000–$120,000+ per year No on-call.
