One-on-One Private Duty Nursing
Dependable Nurses, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled one-on-one in-home nursing care for a patient in Anthem, Arizona .
This is a full-time opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building meaningful relationships while providing individualized care in a home setting. We have an immediate need for an RN or LPN available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM .

Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home
Follow physician orders and individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the clinical team
Assist with activities of daily living as appropriate
Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the patient
Qualifications
Current Arizona RN or LPN License (Compact License accepted)
Current BLS Certification
Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation
Current TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months
Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Article 9 Certification (or willingness to obtain—we can assist)
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
