Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Technician team, fostering a culture of learning, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Provide day-to-day leadership for quality personnel across multiple shifts, ensuring appropriate support for operational needs.

Partner with Quality, Production, Engineering, Metrology, and Operations leaders to improve quality processes and team effectiveness.

Oversee nonconforming material processes, including management of hold areas, product disposition, and inventory control activities.

Provide oversight of inspection processes, sampling plans, and inspection documentation to ensure product quality requirements are met.

Facilitate communication and problem-solving across departments to address production and quality concerns.

Champion a safe, compliant, and collaborative work environment.

Maintain visibility across all shifts, adjusting work schedules as necessary to support business needs and employee development.

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

2+ years of experience conducting employee coaching, performance discussions, and development activities with direct reports.

Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Experience leading quality teams in a manufacturing environment.

Experience supporting multi-shift operations.

Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field.

Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA 21 CFR 820, or similar quality standards.
