Social Media Manager

Passionate about creative storytelling, the full-time remote Manager of Social Media will oversee the social presence of Hard Rock Cafe across various platforms, managing strategy, content, and performance measurement while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily social media activity for Hard Rock Cafe on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn, ensuring engaging and brand-compliant content Define and evolve the overall social strategy in partnership with senior leadership and social agencies, including tone, voice, and positioning Manage community engagement and content production workflows, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of social media content Required Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in social media or digital content, preferably in hospitality, dining, entertainment, lifestyle, or sports Strong understanding of platform best practices for Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn Proven ability to manage content calendars and campaigns effectively Experience with analytics tools and translating insights into strategic recommendations Skilled in content production with tools such as Adobe Premiere or CapCut
