My Kids Childcare is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Teacher to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and ready to take on a leadership role in the classroom.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the classroom environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Ensure compliance with licensing and Step Up To Quality standards
- Mentor and support assistant teachers
- Build strong relationships with children and families
Qualifications:
- Experience in early childhood education required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of child development and classroom management
- Passion for providing high-quality care and education
