Compensation Hourly Rate: $20.00, with overtime opportunities available Key Responsibilities Front Desk Greeting: Welcome walk-in clients, contractors, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, acting as the primary face of the branch. Counter & Retail Sales: Assist customers with product selection, answer questions regarding water system and pump components, and provide accurate pricing details. Inbound Communications: Manage a steady flow of phone calls and emails, answering general inquiries and routing technical questions to the appropriate internal specialists. Order Processing: Securely process retail transactions, handling cash, credit cards, and customer account charges through the point-of-sale (POS) system. Showroom Support: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the front desk and display areas, ensuring marketing materials and product catalogs remain stocked. Administrative Operations: Track incoming orders, manage physical and digital filing, and assist the local team with basic administrative tasks.
