Guest Services Specialist - Full-Time - 11:30am-8pm

Overview As a full-time Guest Services Specialist, you will work Monday - Friday, 11:30am-8pm. This position qualifies for our full benefits package, including discretionary quarterly bonuses. Responsibilities Transport patients, guests, and visitors to the appropriate department within the facility, and transport patients from the recovery area to their designated inpatient room. Park and direct visitors' vehicles as needed; staff registration desks and greet all patients, guests, and visitors in a friendly and respectful manner. Provide information about hospital services and facilitate communication between physicians and patient families. Offer direction and answer general information inquiries. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required. Drivers under 21 years of age must be approved by the insurance carrier. Current BLS certification or must be acquired within 30 days of hire date through the hospital. No experience required. Specialty Knowledge / Skills: Good interpersonal/customer service skills; basic knowledge of a medical setting; basic computer skills (including Microsoft Office) and data entry; sound judgment and quick decision making when assisting patients with needs.
