Production Worker /Production Operator

Production Worker /Production Operator Responsible for supporting liquids manufacturing and filling operations by safely operating equipment, handling materials, and packaging finished goods. This role works in a manufacturing environment that may involve exposure to liquid ingredients, fragrances, cleaning chemicals, solvents, and industrial processing equipment. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing, distribution, assembly, or production environment Experience in a GMP regulated, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care, consumer packaged goods, or contract manufacturing environment-preferred Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, SOP’s, quality standards and safety procedures. Basic mathematical skills including counting, measuring, addition, subtractions, multiplications, and division. Demonstrated commitment to personal and workplace safety with a strong awareness of the safety of oneself and others. Strong personal organization and accountability, including adherence to attendance expectations, start times, break schedules, and company policies. Ability to consistently comply with GMP and PPE requirements, including hair nets, beard nets, safety glasses, gloves, and safety footwear. Ability and willingness to follow verbal and written instructions and accept changing work assignments and production priorities. Ability to work effectively in a disciplined and structured manufacturing environment. Strong teamwork skills with a commitment to supporting customer service levels, production goals, and team success. Flexibility to support multiple production lines or departments as operational needs require. Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to continuous improvement Technology/Software: RF or electronic inventory tracking highly preferred Education: High School Diploma or GED Job Duties: Operate liquid filling, capping, labeling, induction sealing, coding, and packaging equipment. Load bottles, caps, labels, cartons, and packaging materials onto production lines. Monitor equipment for proper operation and report abnormalities to leadership. Assist with product changeovers, line clearances, startups, and shutdowns. Verify product codes, batch numbers, lot numbers, labels, and packaging materials. Meet production output requirements while maintaining safety and quality standards. Stage raw materials and packaging supplies for production. Transfer ingredients, totes, containers, and finished goods safely and efficiently. Assist with tote transfers, ingredient additions, and line replenishment activities.
