Registered Nurse RN

Bethesda Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide person-centered care to seniors across our skilled nursing, rehab, assisted and independent living, memory care, and home health services. In this faith-based, mission-driven role, you'll deliver and coordinate high-quality clinical care, manage medications and treatments, and support residents' dignity and well-being. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, build supportive relationships with residents and families, and contribute to quality outcomes in a respectful, values-driven environment. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to senior residents in skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living, and memory care settings. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and document accurately in the EMR. Assess, monitor, and report changes in resident condition; collaborate with interdisciplinary team. Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans focused on quality outcomes and dignity. Educate residents and families on care plans, treatments, and health maintenance. Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members to ensure person-centered care. Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards. Participate in care conferences, quality initiatives, and faith-based mission activities.
