What You Bring

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
• Interest in solid tumor oncology
• Open to clinical trials participation (optional)
• Eligible for Idaho medical licensure

Compensation and Benefits

• 589K base with uncapped wRVU; current physicians earning 767K-1.14M
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• 8 weeks PTO + 2 weeks CME with full allowance
