Customer service rep

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable Customer Service Rep. for an immediate 6-month temporary assignment to support our valued client. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for external service providers, ensuring projects remain on schedule and meet strict quality standards.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and enjoys tracking logistics and data verification. Salesforce experience is a MUST!

salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

We are looking for candidates for a 6-month assignment to support our client. This role will primarily involve contacting Service Providers to obtain ETAs and following up in Salesforce (perferred but not needed) to verify that project completion photos have been uploaded and match the job description.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Salesforce experience is REQUIRED
• strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• $21/hr

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST

This position is fully onsite, and candidates must be able to commute to the home office daily.
