Job Title – High Risk- Assembler - 1st Shift

Location – 9831 W Tangerine Rd, Marana, AZ, USA, 85653

Duration – 12 months contract (possibility of extension)

Pay Rate – $18.08 USD hourly on W2

Work hours: This is an onsite, 1 st shift position (6:00AM to 2:30PM, M-F)

Job Description:

We are seeking a High Risk Assembler to assemble instruments in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, quality awareness, and the ability to work with manufacturing systems, precision tools, and standard procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble instruments and complete required system/SAP transactions.
• Follow quality, safety, GMP, FDA, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.
• Perform inspections, validations, reworks, and corrective actions as required.
• Complete shift reports, metrics, training, and documentation.
• Support 6S, Lean, continuous improvement, and standard work initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment preferred.
• SAP and Google Workspace experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to use precision tools and follow detailed procedures.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to work 5–10 hours of overtime per week and  up to 2 Saturdays per month based on production needs.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite are required.

Work Environment: Regulated, high-volume manufacturing environment with required PPE and strict safety and quality standards.
