About the Role:

Join WOODROME MEDICAL PA as a Front Desk Receptionist, where you'll be the welcoming face of our medical practice in Livingston, TX. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth patient experience and supporting our dedicated healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Manage phone calls, scheduling appointments, and patient inquiries efficiently.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.

Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including insurance verification.

Coordinate with medical staff to streamline office operations and enhance patient care.

Handle billing inquiries and assist with payment processing.

Keep the reception area organized and welcoming for patients and visitors.

Support administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.

Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.

Proficient in using office equipment and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Positive attitude and a passion for helping others in a healthcare setting.

Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is advantageous.
