Campaign Manager, Paid Social

Seeking a Campaign Manager, Paid Social to join the Creator Ad Services team in a remote, full-time capacity, where the successful candidate will manage creator content production for Meta partnership ads, oversee client relationships, and leverage AI to enhance campaign efficiency. Key responsibilities Run Creator Ad Services end to end, producing creator content and improving the program based on ad performance Build AI agents and automations for various workflow processes, ensuring quality checks are met Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing kickoff, approvals, and ongoing communication Required qualifications 3+ years of experience running influencer or creator ad campaigns, either brand-side or agency-side Hands-on experience in building AI agents or automations that enhance workflow efficiency Creative strategy experience with a strong understanding of target audiences and effective ad concepts Fluency in paid social metrics and the ability to translate results into creative decisions Experience in sourcing and negotiating with creators, including contract management
