Field Service Technician

Metric Geo

We are looking for a Service Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial automation equipment at customer sites.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and maintain automation systems and machinery
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
Carry out preventative maintenance and repairs
Complete service reports and communicate equipment status to customers
Support customers to minimise downtime and ensure efficient operation

Requirements

Previous experience in a service technician or maintenance role
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service abilities
Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required
Willingness to work overtime when needed
