Gym reimbursement Extremely competitive benefits with significant employer contribution Snacks and engagement events Strong safety culture and supportive leadership Opportunities for continuous learning, skill development and cross-training across a variety of roles and processes A growing company that invests in continuous improvement, training and internal growth Temperature controlled manufacturing plant Build and maintain a strong Logistics Team by: Hiring new team members Training new hires Implementing and monitoring that new procedures are being followed Monitor team workload and support team members in their daily tasks Conduct performance reviews and assist in development plans Maintain comprehensive overview of all critical timeline projects to assist Head of Supply chain - in prioritizing resources for execution and delivery Follow and develop KPI goals and help team members achieve team and company goals Assign and validate HTS code to minimize tariff impacts Generate and maintain various reports on specific business objectives Create and implement SOP’s and workflows Assist in preparation and monitoring of annual budget (travel, training, and equipment) for team Coordinate daily shipping and receiving and warehousing activities Assign work and overseeing warehouse staff Ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound shipments and create as well as maintain clear import and export guidelines Negotiate and manage freight pricing Manage raw material and inventory movements and documentation Support and manage major projects to prepare for organizational growth Maintain safety and compliance on the floor Report productivity issues or process bottlenecks Collaborate cross-functionally Support the company’s strategy and values Qualifications Highschool diploma or GED required This position is onsite full time, willing to work overtime hours 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving or related field required 1+ years of supervisory experience required Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, intermediate proficiency with Excel Experience in inventory management and handling of raw materials Experience with importing and exporting documents as well as HTS code handling Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
