Commercial Property Manager

NRI Staffing is seeking a service-oriented Commercial Property Manager for a Class A office property in downtown Washington, DC. The Property Manager will oversee daily building operations, tenant relations, vendors, and financial administration while helping maintain a safe, well-run property and a high-quality tenant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, inspections, tenant requests, and work orders.
• Serve as a primary contact for tenants and coordinate communications, move-ins, and events.
• Oversee vendors and building service teams, including engineering, security, and janitorial staff.
• Assist with budgets, accounts payable, rent collections, financial reports, and property records.
• Support lease administration, tenant improvements, capital projects, and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of commercial property management experience; Class A office experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with MRI, Yardi, or similar property management systems is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to other properties as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
