About the Role Join The Bowery Mission and play a vital role in a transformational capital campaign that will help expand services and change lives. As Campaign Manager, you will be a key member of the Development Team, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a major fundraising initiative. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented project manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys keeping complex initiatives moving forward. Responsibilities Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead the day-to-day coordination and implementation of the capital campaign, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and campaign activities stay on track. Partner with development leadership, campaign counsel, and volunteers to support fundraising strategy and execution. Coordinate campaign meetings, maintain project documentation, and prepare reports and progress updates for leadership. Support donor engagement by organizing outreach efforts, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM and campaign databases, and preparing stewardship and recognition materials. Assist in planning campaign events, donor briefings, committee meetings, and site visits in collaboration with internal teams. Conduct donor and prospect research, track campaign performance, and help identify opportunities to strengthen fundraising efforts. Qualifications Embrace the organization’s Statement of Faith. Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible project management or related professional experience (5+ years preferred). Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, or similar systems. Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships, and work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, resourceful, and committed to achieving ambitious fundraising goals. Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Compensation Salary commensurate with relevant education & experience: $80,000-$90,000 annually.
